WONDERFUL tips, Cat. I saw some things I'm doing wrong and some I'm doing right. I hope you have a wonderful time in Europe, and I'll be thinking about you till you return.

Hi Cat and thank you for a super compisition lesson! Can’t wait for the next one. Funny, I was just looking at some collages on Pinterest this morning and some were so busy, they became confusing......the focal image was lost, there was way too much texture and pattern and a mixed palette of colours. I actually felt quite off-balance looking at them (yes, a series of more than 20!). Then I watched your video and I could tell why these collages were not working for me as the viewer. Your tips had all been contravened! Yay, now I know what to avoid in my artworks. Thank you again, I really love your vids. Have a fab time in 🇫🇷 - how lovely. They certainly let us take photos of the Monets in the Orangerie......just don’t know if they will allow a video message, let’s hope so. The water lilies are astonishing - giant canvases you feel completely enveloped by them. Bon chance et a bientôt! XX Jo

Jo... are you reading my mind? That is exactly what my intention is!! They have been on my list for many years. If they will not let him film me with the lilies in the background, we will probably have to shoot the art separate and I will overdub ... so thrilled.
very happy you liked the little video, and I agree, I often look at work on Pinterest and think it could do with a wee bit of edit!! Thank you so very much, And thanks for watching and giving me feedback, I so appreciate it! x
