italian beauties

ciao, dear hearts...
we have had another death in the family, so
we were called away
and I was unable to show you my article as soon
as I had promised...

Italian Beauties is the title of
the collection that I sent to
they are transfers of old post card images
on muslin
and stitched to paper quilts...

if you get a chance, do pick it up, it is filled with lots
of wonderful articles...
and
a lovely piece by my dear friend

I am pondering the next article now...
work keeps me
connected and happy in spite of
the changes that life brings...

above is the large piece and
the detail below...

as soon as these pieces return
from
Stampington
I will show them to you
in detail...
and they will go into my
Dolce Shop..

Your Italian Beauties are gorgeous ~ I cannot wait for them to show up in your Dolce Shop.
I wish you much joy during these days of preparation for Christmas.

I'm so sorry for your family's loss - it's such a very hard time of year for that to happen - but I hope you are able to find peace and calm in your work - I have the sense that is exactly what you do - congratulations on your continued successes

quite lovely.

thanks also for the quote on your Tumblr I found last night. It seems a potent medicine for anything.

I also meant a while back to apologize--you left me a wonderful comment and though i swear I hit publish it dissolved into the nether-ether of nowhere. I too was called away, and am just settling back.

Blessings to your heart!

These are fantastic. I always learn so much from the articles you send to the magazine. And of course, having both you AND Patty in the same magazine makes it doubly nice.
